    You can put overnight oats in that coffee mug, scoop of protein powder and a diced banana.

    You can also throw it against the wall if the girls aren’t listening to you, show them you’re serious and then have them clean up the mess. One of my favorite things to do

    Just read your story. Knew you had gone thru terrible stuff but didn't know the fully story and to hear your daughter has Angelman too.
