Not worried or complaining, just sharing. I deposited the exact same hour as a huge price Flux on April 1st, that must have something to do with it.

Should be obvious to you this case is an aberrant one...

Have you posted the blockchain trace yet ?

If you did not in error put in the wrong receiving addy the btc should kickback to you soon... wrong addy = so long

    2. put addy (1st try sending then clear try receiving) in search

    3. does the search show the transaction 'Unconfirmed' ? or Confirmed with confirmations # ?

    after 48 hrs and unconfirmed

    not much you can do

certain wallets that you control like Electrum have a trick like adding more to the fee -- but in this case dont believe there's much you can do

    maybe someone else can help

bitcoin isnt the issue, your wallet is the issue, they did not calculate the correct fee taking into account just how congested the network was at that time, and still is.

my suggestion is to use a wallet like blockchain or electrum where you have the option of manually entering the fee.. this is a good site for determining what sat/byte rate you should use for priority confirmation https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

I looked up your transaction, and either you made a mistake and didnt click priority, or your wallet provider was horrendously off in what would have been considered priority.

Your transaction was sent with a 2 satoshi / byte rate... which is EXTREMELY low even when the network isnt congested... to give you an idea of how far off it is, right now, for a "priority" transaction, to confirm within the next 2-3 blocks, the fee needs to be 105 satoshi/byte and yours is 2.

You can monitor the network here: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/unconfirmed-transactions

anything over 10k unconfirmed is the start of congestion....currently its over 60k

The thing I expect to happen is eventually your transaction will get dropped from the pool and returned to your sending wallet... this usually happens around 5-7 days with no confirmation.. but every time you rebroadcast you are restarting that clock

    Droopy you are a genius.
    Thanks Sam.
Final assessment.......I sent at the exact same time as a price flux......my wallet always set priority......don't forget this was my 100 time or so.

Duck, I tried to submit your transaction thru the accelerator and they wouldnt accept it because the fee is too low

Keep an eye on that page that shows how many unconfirmed transactions that I posted... and pray it gets to around 5k, then yours will get confirmed, otherwise you will be waiting the 5-7 days for it to be dropped from the pool and returned to your wallet
