    Tarnished name and the guilt that he did something like this is enough to ruin a man. I do not think he deserved jail time, I do think however community service and probation is warranted. I think most people have moved on from this hoax, it was tragic, but lets move on to more positive news.

    State's attorney agreed to drop the charges in return for him forfeiting his bond due to "his past community service."

    What makes me suspicious though is they asked for all of the records to be sealed.
