BETLUCKY SPORTSBOOK WEST VIRGINIA REVIEW AND PROMO CODE
BetLucky Sportsbook is West Virginia’s first mobile sports betting option, which services both Wheeling Island and Mardi Gras Casino.
Delaware North, the owner of both casinos, launched the BetLucky product, which put West Virginia in the ranks. At the time, New Jersey and Nevada were the only states offering online sports betting.
Even though the Delaware North casinos were last to apply for online WV sports betting license in WV, it beat its competitors to market by completing regulator testing and launching the online product Dec. 27, 2018.
