When your starting 5 would compete and could win at the all star game/win every Olympic game to the gold medal by 20+ you might have a decent squad

2013-2014 season when Raptors took on the Nets in the playoffs.... and it went 7 games.... If anyone remembers that series.... the NBA CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TORONTO in the 2nd Round.

Right when I noticed the bullsh#$ officiating during that series... I knew Toronto would NEVER win the Eastern Conference. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER.

How much have you lost on the Raptors? Being a fan and betting on your team does not make money.

Toronto cannot make stops and has always costed them

    Leonard should help that

Gasol didn't win DPOY for nothin, he's got the total package; core strength, quick feet, big arms, high IQ... I doubt there's a player in the league that defends the low post better than him.

    East is tough.
Second round should be interesting in the playoff.

The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th favourites are all Eastern teams. They all have an easy 1st round opponent...

Lowry is an interesting one. Either he's an occasional actor or he's capable of time travel ---I saw him in star wars

Cousins is nearly as good as Curry bro, I don't think people understand. The man averaged 26 like 13 and 5 dimes last year. No big man in the world has those numbers.

Raptors are relying on guys who haven't even developed yet. Siakam? Vanvleet? Come on. GS is coming off the bench with Iguadala, who's better than Siakam by himself (when it matters in the playoffs). And Siakam is the Raptors second best player with Lowry looking like a shell of himself the last 3 years.
Lol at cousin good as curry? He’s never made the playoff - how many games did he miss this year ? Did teams wanna give him a big contract ?

may be a little bit... as a die hard fan they had there chances though ...JJ was too much for them and raptors were still a very soft push around team

Lost in the Golden State Warriors’ Game 5 win over the Toronto Raptors — perhaps because of Kevin Durant’s injury — is the fact that Draymond Green now has to be extremely careful in Game 6 not to pick up another technical foul.

On Monday night, he got T’d up for a heated reaction to a foul call, which was extremely significant because it was his sixth technical foul of the postseason. According to NBA rules, players are automatically suspended if they accrue seven technical fouls in the entire postseason.

Does that mean Green would have to leave game 6 if he techs? Or does it mean if he techs in game 6 he can't play game 7 (if necessary)?

    He would miss game 7.

Not sure what happens if he gets a T in game 7, misses first game next year?

Raptors opened at +240 before the finals started, never got better odds

Gsw was at +515 down 1-3 at one point

Guys talking about all ins at -110 or ev when that kind of middle was available

    Smh

i got them at +1200 only put 1800 on it. in retrospect i should of just put $10k on the finals instead of betting these finals game by game.

i was going to take raptors again tonight have seen +130 but will sit it out.

I was referring to series prices once the finals were set. I think you're switching to a future bet on Toronto placed during the regular season or earlier. Once both finals teams won Toronto was +250 at best for about a day

I definitely lost money on philly series. Credit to Toronto, they made it with a bunch of mercenaries as their best players

Future bet on Toronto is lucky as fukk. That ticket would go up in flames if the best player in the world didn't fukk himself up and Boogie didn't tear his quad game 2 into the playoffs.... Would be a clean sweep.

I agree with everything up until the last part of that statement. Definitely not a clean sweep

dubs remember being the only team to lose being up 3-1 thats something to think about they surely want to reverse that hanging over their head and come back on raps being down 3-1

Pulling for big to hit his future. Better hope Toronto closes out tonight. Aside from Kawhi, the rest of their team will likely choke in a game 7 vs gst
