    little help please

    Let norton fix my computer. They erased my passwords. Tried to relog into my coinbase acct. They said they sent me an sms message but never received it. So i tried to change phone to my mothers. they sent sms but somehow i have gotten uglier thru the years. So they told me to wait 24 hrs. So i tried again using my mom's phone. but now the sms message didn't come thru to her phone. I have spent at least an hr a night since tuesday talking to these guys. I have went to tmobile and they sent sms message to my phone.
    this is the message they sent and i have done everything to no avail


    1. Make sure your service has an SMS plan. (If you receive SMS messages from other people, it probably does.)
    2. Please try rebooting your device before attempting the process again.
    3. Make sure you have adequate reception.
    4. Make sure your phone’s inbox is not full and not allowing more messages to arrive.
    5. Please call your provider and make sure you do not have a ‘spam’ or ‘shortcode’ filter enabled. Some providers will enable these without your knowledge.
    6. Please check your phone’s block list for shortcodes, for example: 776-836. This can usually be found in Settings > Phone > Call Blocking.

    Occasionally this issue can be caused by network congestion. In this case it is best to wait for a half hour and try again.

    i'm with verizon and i know i can log in to the website and there is a feature text online where u can see all the text people sent u and send text out as well, u might try the t mobile website see if that's avaliable
