I think this is normal in low tier sports across the world? I recall some soccer league in the Middle East where the home win record of the league was like 90% lol

NCAA B ball must be fixed everywhere then.

Can't imagine taking much to bribe the college kids.

Those lop-sided scoring in the first and then the second halves makes no sense to me.

That makes me wonder if betting on ALL DOGS in NCAA B wins for the year.

Tennis is literally the perfect sport made for match fixing, it only takes 1 person, and it can be done without anyone ever knowing, if you're not being obvious about it.

Some fun facts about tennis match fixing I can give you about some pretty known players who have fixed.

Marco Cecchinato number 18 in the world right now, have actually been caught and punished for matchfixing only a few years ago when he was a solid challenger player.

Nicolas Kicker former number 78 in the world, also a guy who made his way up in the rankings the last couple of years with some solid challenger performances and also apparearing and doing damage on the ATP tour is currently banned right now, and serving his ban for match fixing. Only 26 years old and playing the best tennis of his life and then he gets banned for 6 years. So much for that tennis career.

What about Robredo? He is 36 years old on the edge of retirement. Could use the fix cash. Risk is worth it maybe?

Tennis has always been fixed. It’s really bad at the lowest levels on Futures Tour or 10k ITF events. Some books won’t even put out lines for them anymore

But it’s all about $$$. A player would rather fix a match for $10,000, than try to win the whole tourney and pocket $3,000.

Davydenko is the only real high ranked player to get caught fixing tho

The ATP one most likely is Marrero - the doubles player. He was accused before of match fixing a doubles match with Verdasco and a mix doubles match with Lara Arruabarrena.

But i wouldn't be surprised if it is Robredo or Gimeno-Traver.

What do you mean tennis fixed "too"? LOL

Tennis has always been the easiest sport to fix because of its one-on-one nature. Team sports are much harder to fix, and outside of soccer, there probably has not been much fixing going in team sports despite what bettors that lose their plays want to believe.

And lets not forgot about Alexander Dolgopolov and his famous match against Thiago Monteiro.

Dolgopolov started the match as a 1.35ish favorite, and ended as a 3.20+ underdog before the match started. Many bookmakers closed and stopped all betting on this match because of suspicious betting patterns and movement.

Thiago Monteiro won the match in 55 mins 6-3 6-3.

Dolgopolov didnt manage to create one single break point on Monteiros serve.
In the past two seasons, there have been just two matches where Dolgopolov has not created a single break point chance - at the 2016 Australian Open and Wimbledon 2017, both against Roger Federer. It is the first time in Monteiro's entire career that he has not faced a single break point on a hard court. In his previous 7 hard court matches at ATP level, he had been broken no fewer than 31 times.

For everyone watching the match (including myself) this was a very obvious fix, with VERY weird and unusual shots and playing from Dolgopolov.

Some writing about the match: http://www.sportdw.com/2017/08/dolgo...uspicious.html

The famous match - have a look for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DQQq2MlmXA

Might not be fixing in team sports but there are definitely plenty of games that are heavily influenced by refs. To the point, it is so obvious at times.
