I don't know about Russia but in the US it has always been that way. Why would Russia be different?
In some countries of Europe it's called 'E-Junioren' which is a U10/11 and the maximum age is 10. No idea how the rules in Russia are.
Anyway, it doesn't matter if the kids are 8 to 9 or 9 to 10. That's not the point.
This is not true... It is based off your age and which season you are playing. You could play U10 or U12 in the same year depending on your birthday.
Poor roosters. I wouldn't have the heart to watch, let alone bet, on a cockfight.
