I'm taking a shot here. Been on a nice run with bowl games, NCAA BB, and Soccer. Looking to pad my poker/blackjack bankroll for Feb. Vegas trip and I this is a game that jumps out at me. Here is why:

1. Pissed and payback factor. Bears were embarrassed when they pissed away the 1st meeting in the Aaron Rodgers "I need attention" game. Motivation from blowing a 17-0 HT lead will be strong.

2. Bears have the chance to clinch the NFC North at home in what should be a very amped-up crowd.

3. Packers injury situation got worse (not sur how it was possible because it was horrendous to begin with) with major issues on the OL. This should be a big spot for the Bears D to keep pressure coming on every down.

Bonus point....Not scared (like some are) of betting against Rodgers when his back is against the wall. I think the motivation of clinching the division at home and avenging the early loss will outweigh any magic that Rodgers may have left.

Forget week 1. Bears got a decade or more of embarrassment to get off their chest today., that week 1 gm shouldn’t give anyone confidence to back pack, only reason it happened was cause bears defense was gassed, Mack especially who had no preseason but team as a whole wasn’t in the condition they are now. Pack weak ass banged up ass oline no match, Rodgers no interest taking a pounding today for this team.. oh and week 1 Nagy hadnt yet gotten grip on how to use Cohen, bears even wasted 5 passes to Howard, that damn sure be 5x Cohen be out in space today. I’m with ya, this feels like a “this now our division” statement type game.
