Why the belichek genious is nonsense theory

If there was a secret, his assistants and others would learn it and becone great as well. Reminds me of the 49ers and mariacci...another failed attempt in detroit. Most people think on a basic level and believe nonsense. With all people jerry jones knows, if there was a easy solution the redhead would be fired.

Not sure why you are equating being a genius with having some sort of detectable secret that can be easily duplicated.

Not a waste of thread, its very misleading the impact of a head coach being that big. He even said the offensive coordinator was most respon sible. Dumb sports fans believe the wow nonsense

well if he isnt a genius and what he is doing is easily duplicated, then why arent his assistants going and having success? you can argue it both ways

There is not enough information to say he is a big reason or not. Many parts of a team decide what the outcone is. Best player all time at qb, big reason. Lets see, al arbour coach of islanders when they won..he also coached when they didnt win. Hitchcock oilers nhl hired and they still suck. Most of these coaching changes are meaningless. Mccarthy fired packers, id expect he wont be hired elsewhere...because he was fired. Look at dan reeves coaching record, each year!! Biggest nonsense ever. Did all of you win the bets on super bowl....i mean coach is greatest..line should of been pats minus 7..many idiots here. Jerry jones has redhead coach...because hes as good as anybody else...wakeupppppp!!!!!!!

Belichick 'genius' is in his ability to adapt and change ahead of the league

IE he comes to NE w a 3/4 D; everyone copies- he goes to a 4/3 thus getting value on his lineman and not overpaying LBs

He runs a spread air attack w Brady & Moss, league copies, this year he loads an OL, runs the ball heavy and does ball control O

He was 1st to run multiple TE forms w the murderer & Gronk

He adapts and finds value in non speciality or star players, making NE one of the deepest teams annually, always paying off in DEC

He never lets the division get ahead of him

Gretzky, who was due to make $8.5 million this season, coached the Coyotes from 2005-2009, finishing with a*143-161-24*record, and the team missed the playoffs in all four seasons. Gretzky, 48, also owns a small piece of the franchise.Sep 24, 2009

No. Dumb sports fans post this garbage. Over 5600 points and you still can not afford to become a pro. That says it all. Poor little fool.

The fact most of his assistants have failed is proof he is a great coach, he makes these idiots look much better than they really are.
