    That's a pretty big drop.

    Moore out for App State but the spread didn't move at all....still -17

    Anyone see more value on hitting the over here than in any other noon kickoff?

    I like the Texas Oklahoma over 80. Inside on turf, controlled environment. I played that.

    Also lean the ECU NC State over 61. Just not playing it due to units remaining.

    App st with an elite defense. ULL scores on garbage teams. App st has held them down every time they play. Wouldnt expect more than 17 pts from UL
