Trubisky Will Probably Not Play On Thanksgiving
For Thursday’s Bears-Lions game, it’s more likely that QB Chase Daniel starts than Mitch Trubisky, sources say. Trubisky is dealing with a shoulder bruise and if it was a Sunday game, he’d probably play. But now, Daniel is slated to go.

Daniels knows this system like the back of his hand. He started 3rd preseason game vs. Chiefs and lit them up. Not a huge drop off, if any. Bears still win.
Sadly Bears backup is better than Stafford. Stafford will give the ball to the bears defense and the Bears offense will only need to kick field goals to win.

I kinda agree w him bro. Nagy is running some great offense and chase a smart vet, where it hurts is losing Mitch athleticism but think chase will keep offense moving!

Nagy was also his QB coach in KC.... he should be fine
This has either been inside knowledge all along that Daniels was starting, or you guys saying there’s not much difference in qb are correct due to the minimal line movement. I’m on Bears -3 either way.

prob not much difference but when u have a guy who hasnt really played in 4 years and stick him in prime time on turkey day Im guessing a number of things could go wrong
chase daniel is one lucky guy, only started 2 nfl games one of highest paid back up qbs in league, paid millions to hold a clip board

Not sure I understand this strategy by the bears, they have called like 2 run plays!! Lions sitting all over the short shit knowing Daniel not going down the field.. I really like Nagy but he being way too cute here! This a game he should line up and pound lions w Howard then use Cohen as change of pace. This a case of too smart for his own good im afraid!!!
