Why is the Lakers total 239 and the Nuggets total 203?

You know the answer. Memphis and Denver actually play defense, both giving up barely over 100 ppg. This Lakers team plays like Lavar is coaching them. Run and gun! I really don't see how they think this is a good system for an aging Lebron.
