Betting on large favorites and bonuses

    Hello,
Is there much risk betting on large favorites to recoup bonuses? In regards of redeeming your bonuses. I don't know if sports bookies would see this as not being *fair*. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I think that the books might count the smaller of the risk amount and the win amount towards the rollover, so betting large favorites wouldn't help you.

    correct

    risk 1,000 to win $250

they take $1,000 off rollover if you lose bet and take $250 off rollover if you win

Back in the day when I was first betting I was trying to clear a rollover and sbgglobal just counted the risk, toward rollover I wagered 1100-1300 to win 12 dollars on UConn women’s basketball. They were huge favorites and only won by 5. Needless to say I cleared the rollover but didnt do it again lol

My answer is a big no! I am not saying favorite money lines never have value but look at the juice. There is such a wide margin - that the bet usually does not get very close to the scientific odds.

I'll tell you what the books do hate. Play a big money line dog - hit it and try to cash in right away.

That's probably good advice. But there's some intriguing fights coming up so the odds are not that far wide. So I'll just play

Just make sure you read every single term and condition before you accept a bonus as every book is different and you don't want to end up stuck like many people do. Some have minimum odd requirements, various lengths of time to complete rollover, etc and you need to make sure you know exactly what you're agreeing to as books won't honour "I didn't know" should something go wrong
