If the NBA expands surely it will involve Europe... Real Madrid, Fenerbahce, CSKA Moscow, Milan, Olympiacos, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Zalgiris Kaunas, Bayern Muenchen, Monaco, Crvena Zvezda.

Two new divisions there. Great idea I know

Testing the NBA market against the WNBA market in any city is a complete joke... You can't be serious Grits?

Then again maybe you can be serious, you do seem mentally challenged at times when you post and simple logic does seem to evade you.... Poor little guy...

Vegas has sated several times they believe their city is unique & not concerned about legalization nation-wide.

Guess we'll see if they're right

Vegas makes chump change from sports betting. And they'll still make it. And people will still go as a destination regardless. Won't impact Vegas in the slightest.

If online becomes local or legal, cash payouts aren't unique, why would any red blooded Male go to Vegas?

They make chump change at the book but the book draws the men whi bring the wives who do the shows and dinners and club after the late game on the west coast.

Vegas over playing its hand, plus those service unions will bankrupt every casino chain out there.

Mississippi or Alabama. Try something new and outside the box..

South is all about college sports but they may welcome in a new NBA expansion team and sell tickets.. Alot of brothers in the South for starters that love the NBA.. Atlanta Hawks and OKC seem to do ok with their NBA teams...

Don't need anymore teams, but for relocation Seattle and Las Vegas makes the most sense.

The vast majority of people that go to Vegas do not go with the sole intention of betting on sports. Sportsbooks are usually dead unless there is a big event on, which won't change. I make a bet here and there in Vegas, but why waste time with that when I have Pinnacle online.

However, March Madness and Super Bowl might take a dip, but overall it won't hurt that much.

I agree. Didn’t Seattle vote no on a new stadium back when they had the Sonics?

Totally agree and I would love for Vegas to get a team. Just another reason to go there.

I can’t believe people think Vegas is going to go under with the legalization of sports betting. Sports books are usually dead there anyway...unless it’s March Madness or a Super Bowl

People have been betting illegally for years. It’s not like everyone on this site is waiting for gambling to be legal before they start wagering on sports. Come on guys...

Millions of people in the US have been wagering on sports for years and it hasn’t hurt Vegas at all.

BTW, If you only go to Vegas to sit in a Sportsbook you’re doing it wrong.

Same shit they go there for now. It's a destination. Always stuff happening. Shows, restaurants, parties, clubs, you name it. Nothing's going to change. Only thing that really hurts Vegas is economic downturns where people don't feel they have money to burn. But legalized online sportsbetting don't mean shit to Vegas. And it'll get even hotter when the Raiders move in.

Like Vegas and maybe St Louis or Kansas City but would put Louisville ahead of them.

    Also Pittsburgh or Baltimore

Here are a few more highly populated major cities that could probably take on a NBA franchise expansion... Highest population of people on the list of major cities that the NBA does not have a foot hold it.. These 3 top the list.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._by_population

    Louisville, Kentucky

    Maryland, Baltimore

    Albuquerque, New Mexico...

I don't understand the love affair for Seattle.

I just don't believe a city who could not support a team the first time around should get a 2nd chance while other deserving cities get passed on.

Isn't that just the excuse Klay whateverhisnameis gave for uprooting the Sonics to his home town? I remember him wanting the state to pay for a new arena or something.
