    he can be a quick fix, but much like foles he will revert. these guys are who they are. but he does get them out of having to pay jameis. bills gave him 50 million for a few good games. then the jets. he and the bucs will be mediocre, but he is the fix they need.

    Lots of talented young QB's drafted in the last couple of years.

    lack of maturity isn't equaled by amount of talent. odds are he will do better elsewhere and become a backup. bucs have alot of talent. get a free agent qb down the line.

    exactly. most backups aren't accurate. but the going rate is 3-5 mil a year. jets backup made a great living off it.

    The best job in the the NFL is as a backup QB. Limited exposure to getting your head and body wrecked. Pay is awesome! Training my son to be a backup right now - kid has skills he can milk.
