    Rhode Island +9 over Connecticut

    UConn homer checking in.

My beloved Huskies have no business being 9 point favorite over anybody.

This is not a very good squad, yes I understand the Huskies got creamed by two top 25 teams 56-17 to UCF and 62-7 to Boise State. But the effort was lacking.

URI on the other hand rolled two stiffs, Albany and Delaware (who's not really a stiff) to open up 2 and 0.

Rams are a pass oriented team, UConn secondary is shaky, Rams offense is hardly Boise State, but there's no reason to believe they can't keep this within double digits.

I just don't get this line.

    I'll bite
    URI Rams +9

(I like Army too over Hawaii)

No Small team should be that many points you have to take the underdog here

Agree, and I have no problem fading my team.

Probably some FBS vs. FCS bias.

    This game is insane.
There is no defense on both sides, there's more defense in the NFL Pro Bowl than this game.
70 total points at the half.

Huskies up at the half 42-28.

    49-42 end of third quarter.

445 total yards so far for URI - 430 for UConn

Almost 900 total yards through three quarters, just ridiculous.

Rhode Island covers the 9.5 for Nasher.

105 total points. 56-49 Huskies final over (chew on this) 1100 total yards in that game.
I was expecting 35-31 type game. no way one could imagine 105 points and 1120 total yards, I'm exhausted just from watch this.

As much as I love (as a musician) Chris Martin, my guy is Brandon Flowers.
