3 Picks for College Football Picks

    4-7 to start the year.

Wisconsin -12.5 first half - Wisconsin's defense has looked great and Magnum struggles to throw the ball, Wisconsin should be stronger than the first 2 games now that Hornibrook has had more time to work with the new receivers, Wisconsin won't look past BYU like they did the first 2 opponents.

Ohio State -12.5 - TCU has good talent at skill positions but the offensive line is weak with young players and JUCO transfers, and Ohio State has the best defensive line in the country. TCU has depended on the running game so far, QB play has been inconsistent. TCU's run defense is mediocre and Haskins has looked strong.

Alabama -21 - Ole Miss's run defense has struggled and their passing game is mediocre, they should struggle to test Alabama on the back end. This is Bama's best offensive line since 2012.

As a die hard Alabama fan. This O-Line has not gelled yet. I do not think it matters much in this game because Ole Miss defense is just horrible against the run and pass. Alabama's young Secondary will be tested by Ole Miss big receivers. Louisville and Ark. St. Gave Bama good prep for this game. Bama needs to find an edge rush on the D-line to get to Ta'amu so he doesn't have the time to hit those big physical receicers. Bama wins, but I could see a shootout. Hope they cover. But, probably a no play for me

I lean Bama and Ohio St.

Wisky has been slow out of the gate early in games this year, maybe this is the game they fire on all cylinders.

I think Bama can cover, sure. I know the offense can score points. Defense.. need an edge rusher off the end and the secondary needs to show they have grown. Good thing is, the secondary is Nick Sabans specialty. I may play it. I will decide in the morning.

The key to beating or keeping the game close against Bama is run defense, I don't see Ole Miss holding up in the trenches, this Bama offensive line is better than what they've had in recent years.

The Rebels currently rank 123rd in the nation out of 128 teams in total defense, giving up more than 550 yards per game. The main reason they’ve still won their first two games is the offense ranks No. 8 out of 128 in total offense, piling up nearly 600 yards per game.

The Ole Miss offense is stacked with talented players who likely have NFL futures, including left tackle Greg Little and receivers A.J. Brown, D.K. Metcalf and DaMarkus Lodge. The same can’t be said for the defense, which lacks star power and gave up more than 600 yards to FCS-level Southern Illinois last weekend.

The defensive ineptitude in that game was shockingly obvious, with uncovered Southern Illinois receivers making easing catches and then bouncing off would-be tacklers.

The Salukis actually led Ole Miss 38-35 at halftime on Saturday before the Rebels roared back for the 76-41 victory . The comfortable final margin did little to alleviate the defensive concerns.

I don't think its only this year with wisc. i have lost plenty of teasers over the years with them from slow starts. But those were a few 12pm games. not sure how they come out at 330pm.

Wisconsin got the best O-line in college football - evidence show they play 2 there strength and wear teams down in the 2nd half -
Would not take them 1st half

Ole miss has good receivers, but without a runnin game I think they will struggle against Alabama. QB play is capable but inconsistent.

Wisconsin was flat early in week 1 and 2 because they didn't respect the competition, I expect better effort here, and I don't want to worry about he backdoor.

I believe Wisconsin 2 hardest game at Iowa/Michigan - penn st isn’t physical enough 2 hang with them - People might laugh when I bring up Iowa? They are knowing to upset Top 10 teams at home

SIU a Division II offense put 41 points on Ole Miss at their house. Can Alabama score more? I'd say yes.

What a gutless decision by Toledo to kick a FG down 14 on 4th and from 47 yards, the game was lost right there.
