Or you better have a good raft and some survival skills that could match a Navy Seal. This will be no joke folks.
there's a guy in houston who's on here that has a navy seal pontoon boat for sale or rent. he will pay for shipping but it may be too late to acquire it in time.

If you live on the beach or near the coastal areas that are prone to hurricanes it's best to build your home far above ground level.. Build it to take on hurricane maximum strength.. That's what I would do..

I wouldn't have it any other way.. When I move to Florida on the coast I'll have this in mind for sure.. Pass on expensive hurricane insurance.. Pretty hard to get robbed or have a home invasion also.. You'll get a better view of the ocean and surrounding areas as well being elevated like that. It all wins across the board!!!

Then you can stay at home and enjoy watching the show happen outside..

can you spot me close to a milli so I can do this?

in all seriousness.. people usually move to NC because the cost of living is so low. actually just did some work with someone about a month ago who left his job here in NJ to go live in NC because the rent was more affordable. sad to see costs are probably about to go up
