    What are the 'Personal Picks'

    Under my contests, there are personal picks. It allows you to enter the amount you want to bet. It tracks your record. Is this just a calculator and tracker that doesn't really tie into anything? Or is it having some type of negative impact somewhere else I haven't noticed yet?

    I see people post their picks using the sir handicapper network, where is that?
