From the Contrarian fund point of view, right now it leans towards St. Louis and the Under.

From that lens, and based on my info at this time, St Louis looks more attractive on the moneyline in terms of tickets and money, but the Under looks more attractive on what I deem as sharper money moves.

There is still a little time for this play to develop.

The contrarian side of the market has been winning today but is getting smashed for those on the Angels and Padres. The market is shifting.

Colorado, a solid contrarian play this week, is winning 3-2. This could fail by game time and see Oakland get a win.

That's a brief state of the market as well, with some speculation that these three games aren't done and the market may show a different look in terms of that shift for this afternoon/evening.

    Edit, Colorado is in.

In my opinion, from the market side, SD and the Angels appear doomed...and the scores show it.

    This could get interesting.

    Fun fact time...

Cubs are 60-44 on the year and if you bet them every game you would be up more than half a unit, if you got good prices. A real grind.

Cards are 53-51 but you needed good prices to stay above -6 units betting every game.

    Another grind.

I will bet St.louis ml getting good value if they trail early in the game. Betting market would like your money on the CUBs, but it's a dead money i guess.

St lou has been over valued in alot of spots since the all star break.
Again, I expected Hendricks to be (-145 -155)

San Diego with a chance here.

The market thinks it's smart with St Louis, it thinks it's sneaky.

St Louis could hurt some bettors tonight with a failure.

That Total no longer has the contrarian look it once had, but that doesn't completely discount some sharp movement we saw on that Under earlier in the day.

St Louis, in my opinion, has been sold to the marketplace.

    It's a pass for me.
