Honestly, I don't even know what this means. Doesn't priority reset every week based on record? What difference does it make if you make or don't make a transaction any particular week?

As I suspected, what you described is a continual rolling list, and yes that is an option on Yahoo but it would make each week's standings irrelevant.

What SBR leagues have is a weekly rolling list based on record, where a successful claim puts you at the back of the line for your next claim but only within each week. Its main intent is to prevent the worst teams in the current standings from having unlimited first dibs. There is no carryover from week to week, so there is no reason not to submit a desired claim.

Sure we can put this to a vote, although we'd already have a vote from me to keep as is, as continual rolling makes it harder for worst teams to improve.
