Huge cities and few teams that are dynasties. makes sense. Wonder what the lowest value is for NFL, NBA, and MLB respectively

Meaning that the Clippers are worth more? No way... some intern at Forbes put this together, probably watching a circle jerk with 10 juicy cokks, ranked by the jerseys they were wearing.

I mean that's a pretty good return on investment if Rickets sold today at that price

I think he bought it for far less than 1 billion less than a decade ago

Guy put alot of $ in on buying properties around stadium and building up the entire blocks around wrigley. If you went 2 years ago or more and crossed it off bucket list you have to go back for a weekend in the summer and experience the atmosphere now around gallagher way and the new establishments in addition to the old stand bys

yeah with the influx of foreign born players in the NBA the fan base has grown. And Europeans love to follow the best.

also blacks can sell enough drugs to afford good tv's and NBA packages now

in the south american countries they are too poor to buy mlb network

Nba knows how to market 2 millinals and global - David stern and Adam silver aren’t idiots - many believe they will over take the NFL in 5 years

Baseball gets an extra 41 games at home thou

20k attendance per at average $50 per head gross spending is $40mm in extra revenue per year, and that's probably light.

The TV money for NBA and MLB must be close. NFL way more, hockey way less, but the cash flow and revenue opportunities in house much greater for MLB no??

30k per game at $75/ head is nearly $100mm.

No NBA team is getting 30k into their arena and not for more than 41 games.

I'd think a winning MLB team would have more value than NBA, just based on what you can do w 81 home games.....

Surprisingly no Mets, no Cubs, no Giants, no Braves, no Rangers.... big markets, big incomes, recent success....yet the Knicks make the list. I will never live to see the Knicks win the East let alone a championship.
