    Up bright and early boys getting some coffee thinking about the bash coming up seeing some of my old friends that I haven’t seen for a while.     Why do some people like to be a jerk?


    I think there can be a number of reasons for this behavior. A lot of it is contextual. Passive aggression is quite common. Resentment builds over time and comes out as snarky remarks or in the form of sarcasm.

    In the case of a personality disorder called NPD, people feel the need to put others down in order to bolster their own self esteem.

    Whatever the root cause, these people are toxic and should be avoided.
