Sweep, good thread. Post the info, pal.

I have a question for u. Would like confirmation. Heard this for New Jersey vs Delaware:

    * NJ will offer Coll FBall + Coll Basketball.
    * Dela will be Pro sports only.

Can u CONFIRM this? Thx, pal. I plan to be in NJ/Dela for sure later in year.

Just added this to my list of questions CHucky.....Delaware seems to be the red head in all of this, WSOP already kicked them out of the tri state poker ring. Snob State

if anyone should be worried, it is SBR

i dont know if walker or dozer runs it...but it is different than a poker sponsor

lederer and jesus were off the hook due to these rules even though fulltilt remained after UIGEA

with sbr and betislands its a slippery slope

i cannot believe sbr is going back to las vegas to be honest

well that sounds all great and well

but when more and more states legalize it, they will take into consideration sbr's past

which is why i cannot believe you are sending mods to las vegas

i mean a mod not living in usa is ok, but common a mod living in usa could technically get a felony charge

    Sweeper read this

New Jersey Wiretapping Law. New Jersey's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent"law. New Jersey makes it a crime to intercept or record an in-person or telephone conversation unless one party to the conversation consents. N.J.

If someone calls Borgata on you your fukked

    Get Consent first

    Bloody drama queens.

I bet there is not even 1 state where you are not allowed to record your own phone calls.

Sweep is one party to the conversation, so he is allowed to record.

If you are listening in your are not allowed.

(CNN)When Sarah Sims' daughter complained she was being bullied in elementary school, the Virginia mother grew concerned.

Sims reached out to administrators at Ocean View Elementary School in Norfolk, Virginia, where her daughter is in fourth grade, but she said she got no response. In September, Sims decided to investigate on her own.
She sent her daughter to school with a digital audio recorder in her backpack, hoping to capture audio from the classroom. School officials found out and confiscated the device, which had been in her daughter's desk recording the school day.

Now, Sims, who is herself a student at Virginia's Norfolk State University, is in trouble with law.
Earlier this month, Norfolk police charged Sims with a felony -- intercepting wire, electronic or oral communications -- and with a misdemeanor -- contributing to the delinquency of a minor
"I'm a full-time student, so I don't always get the opportunity to be on the premises, and I thought that this would be a good way for me to learn the environment," Sims, 47, told CNN's Don Lemon on Monday.
She faces up to five years in prison if convicted on the felony charge.

An Illinois middle-schooler recorded a conversation with his principal about missing detention — and is now facing a felony charge for eavesdropping, according to a new report.

She was in trouble as she bugged her daughter and was not a direct party to the communication.

Would have to know more detail but if it is as simple as it suggests here, there should be no problem for the student based on the intercepting communications.

There may be other things at play there. Never heard of eavesdropping as a name of an official charge before so they may be talking about specific school laws in that state.

Anyway... Sweep can record any of his personal phone calls as he likes without telling the other party in a one party consent state.

Publishing them... I don't really know about.
