Soccer has never been an American sport, we are still babies in the game but catching on quickly.. Colleges have women soccer.. Womens soccer especially caught up and excelled, mens not so much yet.....

Too tall and too heavy. You need to develop young kids in soccer academies and they will become good players. Converting NFL and NBA guys to soccer players is not the answer.

Pavy. What I meant to say was nba pg types and NFL secondary types should train their kids to play soccer. If there was more incentive as far as money and fame they might choose soccer over football or basketball

UEFA qualifying is tough though there will always be big names not at the world cup, in saying that the Dutch and Italy are two that you would assume to be there every time. When it gets to 48 it's really going to take the fun out of qualifying for the most part, exciting for the mediocre teams I guess, oh and us down in New Zealand!And the Netherlands too
