So Lebron Posts 51-8-8 in Finals Game One But Jordan is Better Because Well, JR Smith

This is Team Jordan's entire case against Lebron in a nutshell. Let's just look at wins/loss records in a vacuum, with no regard to context and then render a verdict lol.

LeBron bulldozes and shoves opponents with impunity. He didn't do sh!t when the game mattered at the end of regulation or OT. He instantly stops histling and starts crying on every non call.

LeBron is the biggest fraud ever sold to basketball fans. He's a great player but he pads useless stats and always has an army to find him excuses. It is never LeBron it's always someone else or something else.

Lebron would rather have monster numbers and lose. Guy was on a stacked team in miami and lost to a 40 yr old Mavs and 40 yr old spurs team, nearly lost to them twice if not for ray allen

It's called bully ball and he's very effective at it, perhaps the best ever in terms of consistent success over time

They were going to lose this series either way. Now instead of taking a little longer it might just be quick which is how it should be. Books wrote this series off before it started. They suckered money out of people who thought they were going to get rewarded with lbj at +750. Sad

The first sentence is completely bogus. He had monster numbers tonight and didn't appear to be a guy reveling in it. Phenomenal games from James are so common now people just take them for granted.

I'll give you the Mavs series as a lone example of James not playing to his usual herculean standards, but I don't think he deserves a life sentence for it. I think he's more than atoned for that setback.

That Spurs team, however, was loaded and losing to them is nothing to be ashamed of, especially when they (2014 Spurs) would have waxed any of the Western Conference Champions that were pitted against Jordan's Bulls.

Well the first line is subjective to say the least. I'm just playing devils advocate here

Lebron is somewhere above kobe and below duncan at the moment but will probably finish higher than both when all is said and done

Comparing nba environments during different eras is impossible so I won't even attempt to divulge

Just ask a serious question here, why did kyrie leave at the peak of his prime knowing the cavs would be a lock to have a shot at the title every yr? Maybe lebron isn't as great as he appears on the surface

Some men want their own identity and legacy

Kyrie knows he cannot be the guy while on same team as bron

Yep, LeBum made some long 3s and drove to the hoop numerous times while shoving his defender with his free arm. How can LeBum always be so physical but only collects 2 personals all game? Because he gets preferential treatment and crys like the b!tch he really is.

Guarantee the refs in MJ's days would have never changed a block/charge call to go against him....So in that regard, if you think the best players get all the calls, then MJ is still by far the best player.

Only Kyrie knows why Kyrie left, but it's safe to say it has nothing to do with Lebron not being "as great as he appears on the surface." More than likely Kyrie wants to be Batman instead of Robin.

And to the clown who said Lebron did nothing at the end of regulation, guess who threw the laser right to the rim on the final possession that sent George Hill to the line to potentially win the game?

Kyrie has to also know that he's not and won't ever be as good as curry or cp3 are/were. His easiest chance to make finals appearances was with Cleveland

As good as Boston will be next yr and the yrs to come, philly is right there with them but if he stays and Lebron stays then it's a lock

Perhaps, but 4 years ago Duncan was 38, Ginobili was a month away from 37, and Kawhi was a 12.8 ppg scorer. James has crazy numbers because he doesnt have that 2nd guy that he needs in order to be competitive, no knock on him of course, but thats the reason for the numbers mostly, he was highly efficient tonight kudos to him, wish theyd won.

I rarely see it man, I see him try though, what I mean is when an opponent is standing in front of him and he creates off the dribble and has a pretty clean layup or dunk at the end.

Also, Cavs are the underdog team, so alot of impartial fans are going to be seeing the reffing from the Cavs perspective because they are cheering for the underdog.

I think the Cavs got a couple tough calls - the block/charge being critical because I don't think it should have been overturned. But the Cavs also made enough bad plays themselves that they need to be perfect to overcome any bad reffing. Nance gave up a FT put back for 2 points. Korver fouled Klay Thompson on a 3. Hill misses a FT. JR Smith forgets what the score was. There were enough bad things the Cavs did in the 4th q that, if they had simply made the right play - they could have still won the game.
