    Cleveland tm total over 3.5. Cleveland is averaging. 5.7 runs l10. Mcclure has a 3.38 overall era. But Houston is only 13-11 at home while 16-7 away. I think Cleveland can get 4 tonite as they play all 9 innings as they are the away team.
