    ive just about lost it all. yankees losing, mets u7, toronto u8, pelicans down by 12

    very good chance i just lose it by tonight. id like to rebuild my brain tomorrow. 6 months sober, ive got full nutrition i believe no deficient in any vitamins. taking my medications. no more mood swings with gambling. ill enjoy sports now just cause i know the players and teams. but plz there is nothing more i can do. im getting a job soon for sure working with my counselor shes the head of the work-help department
