Imagine being Kyrie Irving right now...

His old team is two wins away from being in the Eastern Conference Finals....without him.

His new team is one win away from being in the Eastern Conference Finals....without him.

Does he ask for another trade?

They play better without him more as a team and he does not dominate the ball

What could this guy possibly be thinking right now?

His team is on the verge of the NBA finals and he's not even playing.

Just goes to show you how important ball movement is. Terry Rozier does not feel like a drop off at all.

Celtics should try to deal Irving for Leonard. Makes sense for both teams. Spurs need a PG. You put Leonard, Brown, Tatum on the court together in their primes and the Celtics would never lose.

Hard pass on that one, Charles.

My dear friend Lakerboy was the winner last year and now he's a shell of his former self, betting $25 a game.

Hey, you're coming up on 10,000. How about a striptease for the boys?

This team would be terrible if they still had Isiah Thomas, so that was definitely smart regardless to trade for Irving

Trade Irving for a solid big man or best sixth man coming off the bench that can defend and rebound.. Celtics guard heavy right now and producing and not missing a beat with out him.. Need more roll players off the bench.. Sixth men that can score coming off the bench maybe..

Irving is a dynamic scorer but might make everyone else ball watch when he comes back.. Team chemistry killer perhaps..

I hear SBR is sponsoring the new hit game show THE GM where an NBA team picks a poster who demonstrates superior internet GM skills to run the team on a 3 year contract.

Take the gambling out of it and this would never happen just like when we grew up and played sports. The problem is that you guys can’t figure this out. At no time in my life did my team get better when the best player was out. Only when there is gambling involved a team will get better. Otherwise u just get drilled

Who cares if he can carry a note? It's all about whether he can ball. Good Luck in his re-hab.

You guys are crazy to think Boston won’t be better next season with this crew plus Kyrie, Hayward and Theis back. Kyrie was playing mvp caliber team ball 1h of season until the knee went bad. The system Stevens runs is “next man up”. Kyrie goes down and first Smart then Rozier slides in perfectly but neither are Kyrie. He can break down any defense and get his shot at will. Stevens knows this better than anyone. That skill is invaluable. Especially against a team like Warriors.

Kyrie looks happy for his team on sidelines. This is a tight knit group. They are having fun just balling.

Kyrie plays too much one on one so he would have to put his ego aside and average 16-18 a game or Boston will not be as good

Other efficient players will not play as much
