    Run a back ground check before renting out trucks and vans now... ..

    Vans and Trucks may actually be more deadly then guns when used as a weapon like this.. I don't think this guy could have killed and or injured more with a gun... Might be close though if he had an Assault Riffle...

    With near 100% accuracy you can guess the race of the killer by the type of crime they committed

    If it's a mass shooting, most likely a white man
    If someone mows over a crowd of people, they're gonna be a middle eastern man
    If one or two people are shot or stabbed to death, probably a black man
    If people are found dead in a river and no one knows who done it, probably the Asians
