Overall best site for horse racing?

Whats up everybody was kind of hoping to get some input on websites for horse racing figured I could google it or just go on a forum where people eat sleep and breathe gambling a couple years ago TVG burned me on the derby and their server shut down so really looking to go elsewhere. Im having buddies over to watch and bet it at the house since the OTB is going to be a madhouse. was hoping someone could point me in another direction best site for betting and also to stream the races. Would be much appreciated!

don't hold that against tvg. they all overload on derby day and breeders cup. try twinspires but do not wait until last minute to bet on derby day,

    Okay. Looking into horses.

I’d be so lost if I actually attempted to cap them.

Just play some trifectas superfectas and exactas and just hope to have a goofy payout. Don't need to bet much to come up nasty the day of the derby..

Most of the Derby day undercard races are on TV. Starting with about race 3 or 4 on NBCSN at noon and then switching to NBC at 2:30. I go up to my local track early and make my bets and go home and watch the races. Nothing like being able to drive up after the Derby or the next day and cash out tickets in my opinion. Don’t have to worry about site limits, lack of betting options (pick 4s and 5d, etc)

You need the daily race form to handicap them, that gives you all the information you need.

The older I get the more I enjoy horse and dog races.

Just hit a $5 Pick 3 for 840 at the Naples dog track a couple weeks ago.

    Felt amazing

    Twin Spires

Depending on State - Bet America. There are some tracks they don't have but they have Churchill and a nice signup bonus if you are into that sort of thing

It's really fun and can be rewarding if you see the race right. Not easy to win long term but if you want to have some fun and take some shots at a big payday there's nothing like it. I owned 2 racehorses back in the day. One was a winner and what a rush it was. Learn all you can, everything helps. Few pointers. Class on grass and watch for horses turning back in distance. Also watch the tote board for barn money the will hit on occasion.

Twin Spires is great. I'm mostly go TVG but like O.P stated, they had a server issue on Derby day and it bent over a lot of customers. I ended up going through 5Dimes which was no big deal to me.

I used to be with youbet and loved the platform...when they got bought out by twinspires ...it was a little rough in the beginning... but as internet speed and capacity has picked up it has been good platform for me

I like the Hawthorne racecourse mobile app the best but sometimes I use Xpressbet.

I've got a question maybe someone can answer? Why would books limit you on horse racing? I thought all the money was in a pool and the books just got a percentage of the money bet. Is it different with offshore books who have horse racing then the legal sites in America?

Offshore books are not part of the pari mutual system so that is why there are limits

Legal sites such as Xpressbet TVG Twinspires and a few others are part of the pari mutual system but have limits to protect customers

for rebates cash back and promotions its the worst....you have to do some research...Like for me in Illinois Hawthorne has the best ADW for rebates and promos by far...there was one called betzotic through the old balmoral park that was even better but once the track closed so did the adw....BUT for actual site friendliness for information and video I think xpressbet is best....Use many
