    I stopped buying Mets gear and got my gear from the guys that run the 7 line Army. Was tired of giving the Wilpons my money only to see them take the bargain basement route every season. Maybe they'll grab a FA or acquire a bat at the deadline this season. I hope they really go for it.

    We will see how some of these vets hold up. I think at the deadline Mets will have to add at least one piece to help the lineup. I am just praying that injuries don't become the headline again this season. Last season was a real buzzkill.
