    I don't know about elite but his game is perfect for 5 inning outings.

    If their bullpen remains solid Verlkander is tough 1st 2 times thru lineup.

    Being a Tigers fan (live in Michigan what can i do), I was sad to see him go in a way, but happy for him to get a shot at and eventually win a championship. Tigers are in full rebuild mode and he sure AF was not winning 1 here anytime soon.
