    I'd like to think that's every bettor's dream come true and we'd quit after that... but seriously we'd probably piss it all right back whether a 25k bet was once in a lifetime or just pockey change to us.

    I bet $250 futures at +12500 on UF Gators basketball team back in 2005. They were projected to be last in the SEC that year. I was up $8k on Blackjack and said WTH. I was going to put another $250 on them when my wife stopped me at the sportsbook entrance complaining we were late for lunch. Dammit.

    I hedged a little bit just in case. You ALWAYS hedge futures bets, I don't care who you are. At least get your original bet back. Anything less is criminal.
