MLB FUTURES - Odds for Division Champs

I know there are some of you reading with years of experience familiar with MLB Futures Odds for Division Champs.

There seem to be heavy favorites this year....is this typical?

I follow baseball but haven't paid much attention to these Futures odds in previous years.

AL CENTRAL DIVISION -550 Cleveland Indians

AL EAST DIVISION -150 NY Yankees

AL WEST DIVISION -500 Houston Astros

NL CENTRAL DIVISION -225 Chicago Cubs

NL EAST DIVISION -350 Washington Nationals

NL WEST DIVISION - 275 LA Dodgers

*there could be slightly better prices found by shopping around. What I'm asking is other than the Yankees -150, those other prices look steep.....are these the typical price ranges for Division favorites before the season starts?

    Not possible my man

would be biggest steal I ever seen in mlb future

    realize this about the Nats

    their backups are mlb starters

Howie Kendrick is a lifetime .295 hitter , Matt Adams has slimmed down and is 6’3 240 lbs

im 6 feet 1 and 225 and not fat at all , so 6’3 245 isn’t fat. I say this becaise ppl

instantly disregard Adams for his weight , Adams is a career .271 hitter and

launched 20 bombs in only 330 at bats last year . They are pretty much loaded at

every position this year . Would you check again if that’s what they are for me please

bro , Atl will be ok but nothing close to challenging 90 wins

Harper will play harder than ever on his walk year to up his value

Nats firing Dustbag Baker is best thing that can happen to them

Dusty is a pretty good regular season manager - I know he can’t win in the playoffs

Yup. Pinny is -342 I was expecting in the -500 range. 365 doesn’t post what the limits are, but i would guess you could bet a few grand maybe more

The prices are USUALLY based on the last season and staying power which the cubs, Astros and nats have. Dodgers as well I guess.

    Twins have value.

    Red Sox as well.

    Longshot on the Mets.

Personally I see the books like the Brewers

MN at +350 for AL Central is a sharp pick.

Team added a legit no. 2 starter. Still has Phil Hughes as,potential no. 5 or some studs in AAA.

Team scores like crazy and added 40 homers in LM.

Indians are fading since 2016 and MN has the plan in place to make trades this summer for a run in 18 & 19

3 of the 6 favorites won their divisions

AL CENTRAL DIVISION -550 Cleveland Indians

AL WEST DIVISION -500 Houston Astros

NL WEST DIVISION - 275 LA Dodgers (won tiebreaker game 163 at home vs Rockies)
