Westgate SuperBook has McGregor as -1,000 favorite against Mayweather in MMA fight
A Las Vegas sportsbook has posted odds on a hypothetical MMA bout between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather that, at this point, seems unlikely to ever take place.
The Westgate SuperBook installed McGregor as a -1,000 favorite Monday over Mayweather, who opened as a +650 underdog. The sportsbook mandates that the fight must be MMA only and take place before Sept. 1, 2019.

Only chance Floyd has is if it's fixed. With these odds Vegas is aware of a fix or at least scared of the possibility or severely going to limit amounts bet on Conor. The posters in here must be high on meth, handicap, or don't understandstand mma. Floud would lose to the worse guy in any weight class let alone someone who's won belts. If it weren't someone shady like mcgreggor you wouldn't even have a true line to this fight. If any girl in UFC got him to the ground or controlled distance they'd beat him. You're asking someone at table tennis to compete against cilic.

Why would Vegas be scared and limit amounts on Conor???
If the match is rigged... Vegas is in on it... and they know everyone would hammer Conor.
Why limit the action?
Conor needs to take on the winner of Khabib/Ferguson if he wants to keep any respect in the fight game. Fighting the midget in a cage is a joke. Why not just fight Dana White while he’s at it? Or maybe take a run at the women’s lightweight belt if he wants an easy win.

I would fight Mayweather in a boxing ring but I am afraid I would kill somebody if I ever fought MMA.
He got atleast 50 million for the flyod boxing fight alone- I don’t blame the guy for chasing money - he wasn’t making much in the MMA fights

I will put my money on Mayweather. If you see things like an animal it doesn't matter what skill the opponent has.
Mayweather's reputation / legacy on the line. Can't buy that with money. If its fixing, its to conserve the legacy. Not to make more money. The money made would be like a drop of water into a bucket full of water.
This might happen. I am really lucky and I think I have winning lottery numbers that will hit someday. Plus, I'm the same size as Mayweather and one year younger than him. But if I hit the Powerball, I don't think Mayweather could resist betting some guy off the street $100,000,000.

It's garbage. It's barely a sports. Like I said, I'd be afraid I'd kill somebody if I ever fought in it. Plus, with guns and bullets who cares about how well someone can throw punches. It should be banned.

You can't learn superior take down defense, clinch work, elbows and kicking defense in a short time... You sure can't learn grappling in a few months either especially at his age... One take down and that fight is over..

Mike Tyson would have a chance in his prime to make the transition from boxing to MMA better then Pucie ars Mayweather. Mike could have went Lt. Hvwt. or Middle weight. Learn to sprawl and ground and pound. He wouldn't have had success, but he at least had the aggressiveness of an animal to help him in the cage. Money is a phucking PUCIE!
