Ahh good old late night degen betting. The days when you're getting your azz absolutely handed to you or you have big money on a game and it loses in the most shocking fashion at the very last second even though it was winning the entire time.
Your bankroll takes a huge hit and you can't get over how much money you've lost and you can't sleep because your mind is all over the place, so you log on to your sports account and look for some late night action.
But of course, the only thing available is some MLB game that's the only american game being played with a score of 3-1 in the bottom of the 6th with the over/under set at 7.5 @ -160. You say to yourself "surely this doesn't go over, both pitchers are dealing", so you put a good deal of your diminished bankroll on the under. Sure enough, at the start of the bottom 6th, a batter gets on 1st with no outs and and now all of a sudden the pitcher can't throw walking the 2nd batter. Now two on base, pitcher pulls his head out of his azz and gets two outs with both batters still on base. Of course the next batter hits a homer and just like that, it's 3-4. Now you get to sweat your nuts off all the way to the 9th. No other runs come in until..... you guessed it the 9th with a solo homer that get absolutely jacked. And like always, the game goes on without another score until something like the 15th inning.
Now you're really hurting and completely on tilt. There are no other games going on, but wait! You see some piece of shyt basketball game going on in some piece of shyt 3rd world country that you've never heard of with two piece of shyt teams that you can't even pronounce. It's a tie game early in the 4th quarter and both teams are even money, so you look at the box score and try to gauge which team should pull away for the win. Not wasting anymore time, you say "fukk it" and drop your remaining bankroll on a team
But it gets better. You try to find a stream and look everywhere but of course, the best you can do is look at the flash score. You eagerly await for the flash score to update which sometimes take forever. What started out as a great day, turns out to be sitting in a room with all of the lights off with the only light being the computer screen waiting for the flash score to update.
You are either going to go to sleep having won back everything plus a little extra or you'll be waking up late in the afternoon with a headache wondering where it all went wrong
