    if they have all this info, they should be able to ascertain what hood brutha's had a problem with these "folks" before they started blowing them up....

    usually there'll be some jawing back and forth via text or voice mail messages, even email, before one resorts to package bombs.....

    Good news is there are more and more mail thieves stealing packages off house porches, so just maybe they'll steal a bomb package.. I had a few missing packages stolen off my porch in recent days.. No lie... Wasn't a friendly dog either..
