This shit is real. My cousin reopened her bar on the river walk. Someone must have had it because 29 yr old customer is on machine. Manager of oreillys by my house is on machine and delivery driver has passed. He was my age ...in good health.

If you don’t have symptoms you shouldn’t be getting tested. They need to cut this unemployment bonus and get people back to work so they don’t have time to sit in an 8 hour line waiting to get tested.

They won’t test you in H town unless you have a symptom but it takes about 5 hrs in line.

Industrial process engineer. Specializing in increasing yield and lower operational cost. I would be looking to get into the pharma side of things. They are heavy on regulations negotiating which is going to be lucrative in the future.

Not in it anymore, but damn, what’s happened to IDEX? This was supposed to be a big week for it since it’s PCs and MEGA show but instead it’s dropped almost $1 and may fall back under 1.50.

If they give me another 6 months of $1200 a week, I just might be a day trader. I made a but load of cash since being laid off. I don't like being a slave to the computer all day. Thanks to all the posters here. As a group you guys do know your shit. I've gotten many plays off of this thread. I'm testing right now to see it I can hack trading 1 hour in the morning and maybe the last 1/2 hour going into the close with some 1 to 2 week trades as a normal. If it works out, I'm taking the entire 401K out and trading with that to increase my buying power so that all I would need would be around a 20% return year over year to make up for the job loss.
I would miss the fight of industry however. That is my passion.

Agreed Snowy for short term. Sold some of nearly everything.

Specificially, I think TESLA may cover it's gap back down, but I am long that stock again only selling some.

I think we're rangebound and probably get out of it to the downside, but I don't know.

With stimulus anticipated, even as late as September, and the old adage of not fighting the Fed, we could break out to the upside. For now though, I like the short side of it.

yeah, the technicals say so - and I feel they will want to pressure the Senate to go along by sagging the market down a while. It's kind of hard to demand-- give us another 2-3 Trillion in mo free money when the market is on fire every day.

Cruises? I wouldn't now, but I've been on 6 cruises and never got even the sniffles. Covid's a different animal though. I'll pass until that passes.

I'm on Idex partly because of this forum, wish I never stepped in here now lol. It's ok though. I will ride it out. 1.50 is too cheap for this stock. Should be about a $5-8 stock. Honestly don't see it going into the high DD though like some. But think it's undervalued right now considering who's behind it.

    that is totally untrue

For those eligible for FPUC, the $600 payment is considered taxable income. States must include the FPUC payments when preparing Form 1099-Gs.

Sorry, just going by what I heard from someone else, not getting it myself. I think you can withhold some taxes as you get unemployment, but not sure.
