    2018 - Footie / Soccer / Football / Fussball - Mar 5

    99 - 108 ( - 14.78 units )

Paraguay : Guarani vs Independiente : 5:30pm est

    Guarani @ 1.93 ( 3 units )

Peru: Union Commercio vs Melgar : 3:30pm est

    Melgar DNB / PK @ 1.96 ( 3 units )

Both sides are back concentrating on League play after the added games of Copa Lib take a back seat. With the added rest and no requirement of rotating line ups , these two should both prevail.

tailing on guarani like this pick alot too risky taking road teams in south america even though melgar does own last 2 h2h and are good on the road seems like home teams win or draw 80 pct in s america

Kid. Melgars are the cream of the crop in Peru. They won the league in 2017 and rarely lose anywhere. To get them at nearly even money with the DNB option is too good to pass up against the worst team in D1 in Peru.

    Cheers

    Shady

    You are in my head

I was just thinking about that game and starting to look into it. I really thought that PSG were the better team in Madrid. I know PSG will out work Real in the 2nd leg, but they really need to push the tempo as well. Its not insurmountable for them. 2 - 0 would get them through, but do you really expect to shut out Madrid ? My early thoughts are anything that involves goals. As for playing a side, its PSG or pass for me. What are u thinking ?

I don't know franz, usually I'd chalk Madrid up like clockwork and not think twice along with barca

However they are so inconsistent this season and even some of last season as well

I like the talent psg has especially in neymar

I can see an early psg goal then real holding for a 0-1 loss but going through

Just in case you don't know Neymar will not be in the lineup.

Neymar is out for 3 months but I actually think it helps PSG. They should get some better ball movement and team play without him.

I like PSG to win. Wouldn't be surprised by a 2-1 PSG win, with Real doing just enough to advance. Staying away from the total.

To shut out PSG in France is a tall order for any great defensive team. Madrid are not exactly known for their defense, but they have been here so many times before. Leaning BIG to PSG and the over myself. I need to look a bit harder at Real's road stats. Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

    Cheers

I know it sounds crazy to agree to a team being better without Neymar, but you are right. He wants the ball and to take control on his own. I like seeing more ball movement as well. They have so many skilled players that it seems to be a better pace and flow without Neymar. Again , i am not suggesting that Neymar isnt an absolutely brilliant player. He is worth the price of admission. If you throw Drazler in the middle with players like Rabiot and Veratti. Add Cavani , Di Maria and Mbappe up front....... WOW.

Both Kroos and Modiric are listed as doubts ?

I think Modiric and Kroos both out would have me leaning to a BIG PSG wager.

Draxler is such a puzzling player to me, he has all the talent in the world but doesn't always capitalize on the pitch

You are so right. His biggest issue is his Ego. He is absolutely brilliant when he is the key transition player for a team. He gets to put his own stamp on the game. With Germany , he is given free reign to be the agressive midfielder by coach Low. Of course it helps to have a supporting cast that includes Ozil and Kroos and Kidhera.

That is a very good comparison. Spain are still in churning out great players......As The great Iniesta starts to fade into the distance.....enter players like Isco.
