carbs and fat are not unhealthy at all... if you eat them first thing in the morning and do something during the day. Later in the day carbs and fat don't do you any favors. When I am training I eat anything and everything I want to eat for breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bacon - anything. Works great if I eat a small lunch and dinner. Alcohol is the worst thing... empty carbs in the evening that all turn to fat

Creatine is the bomb. If you train hard it helps you to recover and flush out lactic acid. When weight training I hit a plateau until I tried Creatine and all my my max sets sent up like 40% over 6 months

This was years ago, I don't recall brands but I'm sure there is plenty of message boards discussing the more up to date best brand and such. I would just go to GNC and buy the highest dosage I could find.

You don't use creatine unless you are really training hard... weekend warriors it is not for you.

I don't know why that makes him an idiot...

Seriously Drinker... if you are training 3-4 days a week now, and plan to keep doing so then you should be doing some creatine. It helps you to recover, which is the biggest hindrance to training.

Thats what I'm doing, 4/5 days

Wanna achieve 5/6, only sundays off

Yoga has been doing wonders for me as I do it to stretch and warm up pre jogging

No injuries in the last 2 weeks since I started

Yea I never got into the yoga thing... but maybe someday. I was training 6 days a week about 6-7 years ago. Weights mostly, and playing basketball. I had a specific goal of getting into better shape than I was when I was 21 years old (ran a triathalon then). I achieved all my goals. Now I need to get off my lazy ass and try it again.

Stretching , flexibility is a very underlooked area of training
being limber feels great , since my two bad jaw surgeries
I haven’t been as active and lost a lot of it but man felt great
    before being cut and flexible

Rudy is correct if you're looking for bulk. Only helps in rugby and football. Maga also correct, creatine is equivalent to like 100 of those steaks hurry

Bulk becomes a hindrance in endurance sports

Lots of meatheads at my gym lift for the beach and to lift

If it wasn't training for an activity I wouldn't be in there

    I'm always correct bro

people don't want to take my advice though

if a guy like hurry gets it in his system quick instead of progressively

he will have diarrhea for those 5 days
