    Restricted account

    In William hill live chat they have said that they have restricted my account but I haven't place any bets or even made a deposit yet! Can someone explain me what is restriction and why could they possibly restrict me?

    There are a lot of reasons for a restriction (I.e. multiple accounts in a household, etc)
    you should ask them what is the reason of the restriction.
