How to Play

You must a make a minimum of 70 and a maximum of 140 hoop plays either NBA or CBB between Monday, February 5th and Selection Sunday for the NCAA Tournament on March 11th. Contest includes Spreads and Totals only with all plays having a 1 unit base except for 5 optional Best Bets* each worth 3 units. You can use any combination of NBA and/or NCAA plays, even skipping one league entirely of you choose to.

Besides the free-play prizes, qualified Top 5 finishers will also receive an SBR T-Shirt (only those residing in the continental USA are eligible). Standings will be based on units.

*If you make 135 picks without a Best Bet, then any more picks you may make MUST be Best Bets.
*If you make 136 picks with exactly 1 Best Bet, then any more picks you may make MUST be Best Bets.
*If you make 137 picks with exactly 2 Best Bets, then any more picks you may make MUST be Best Bets.
*If you make 138 picks with exactly 3 Best Bets, then any more picks you may make MUST be Best Bets.
*If you make 139 picks with exactly 4 Best Bets, then your 140th pick if you make one MUST be a Best Bet.

Note: If there is a tie in units, the tiebreaker will be Action Points, which is how much you beat (or lose to) the spread or total by. If still tied after Action Points, the prizes will be split.
