And as someone else on another thread pointed out they have never won a SB by more then 6 points. Also , watching their last game he looked like a wounded duck running around basically with 1 arm. If that stays the same i can see a big threat of fumbles because if he gets hit he only has one arm he cannot get the other like he normally would around it . If he still looks like that plus Gronk is out then yea i can see them losing.

Cut the jokes? I'm not joking... I never called for a blowout. I listed a few FACTS that lead me to think Pats are the only smart play here.

It's a freaking market, you disagree then great hit the EAgles. Freaking Phily backers sooo sensitive.

C'mon! Anyone with an ounce of gambling sense would never make that wager more than a week in advance! Key players could get injured in practice, the line might move in either direction, ANYTHING could happen! Most of all, he'd never let anyone know who he was betting on for fear of line movement.

    This entire story is garbage.

If anything, Vegas put this story out there to keep this line as far away from 7 as possible. Maybe the fact that Gene Steratore (Cowboys index card guy and Dez bobbled catch rule) is the referee has something to do with the line?

This game is gonna be a shit show. I guarantee it. Pats in a straight route. Philly isn't ready for this stage. Ajayi fumbled on his first play in the ATL game. Shit his pants. Superbowl? Foles? LMAO

I don't understand why some people believe these stories to be false. Bets like this in the 1-3 million range happen all the time on Huge events that Casino's know they will get the handle to get off. Some have mentioned well they wouldn't wager with event still weeks away to get down that much money you are forced to bet early so Casino has ample time to sale off. They will make person betting take a far inferior number probably around +150-+160 where they would literally have zero risk. Cause they will get millions of dollars on Patriots at -180-190.

I can't do it and I been on eagles train since beginning of season,, I been talking up their roster all year but honestly I thought wentz going down was gonna prevent them from sticking it to all the guys around here who been selling eagles short all season.

Like most I'm surprised they made it with Foles under center. Had wentz not gotten hurt I absolutely believe eagles win this game, While I think eagles damn sure can compete and cover i just don't think the +180ish is presenting nearly as much value as anything higher than +4. If philly pulls it off great but if it a close game late as I suspect I can't stand the thought of needing foles to make the drive to win or eagles d to have to stop Brady from winning just for the extra payout on the ml. Much rather be comfortably partying and not have to stress, if pats cover more power to them but not exactly their SB mo.

So cause a dude fumbled once it means something? Shit happens sometimes, certainly doesn't mean guy a choker, he did have 90 something total yards that game and again vs a Vikings defense far superior than pats. You "guaranteeing" it doesn't exactly make it real pal.

With wentz eagles would be getting crowned champs, with foles they will lose a tight game. "Ready for this stage"? That a crock of shit. If you missed it after the early stumbles they went on to dismantle the Vikings. Eagles defense and multi-headed rushing attack will keep them in this game. Hoody will take away the things they see foles comfortable with doing but pats lack of speed in their front 7 something eagles can exploit, I believe eagles will also be able to wear pats d down with ajayi and blunt. Pats not gonna light this defense up, just ain't gonna happen. Sure pats will probably win, I don't think that is more likely than eagles covering tho.

Have a writeup on page 3 of my thread. Eagles defense is a joke. That secondary is straight awful. They were playing off the Philly home crowd in previous games, and as for the Vikings, that game was a walkthrough scrimmage bro. The Vikings players were prolly still hungover. Not focused at all. Thielan had 2 broken bones in his back. Tray Waynes and Newman are awful and got destroyed.

See that's exactly what I'm talking about.

Ppl hyped up the Vikings defense all year, but you look on paper, and I'm like "this defense isn't really all that. They got Rhodes and Griffin. Who else? Everyone else an overachiever."

You look at this Eagles defense and you see shit ons left and right in the secondary.

Without a good secondary you're not beating Brady, won't even come close.... It's simple as that.

And like I said before the Jags game, "I don't think people realize how good the Pats secondary is..."

Just look at the players. That's what matters. No defensive stats. No "how have they played to this point." Look at the talent on the field.

Butler? Arguably the best CB in football in a superbowl game. You can't deny that. I'll take this guy over Ramsey, over Slay, over Rhodes, over anyone in a Superbowl game off what he's done the last 2 years.... It's not even up for debate really.
Gilmore? Darby was Gilmore's sidekick bitch in Buff, and Darby is supposed to be the Eagles number 1 cb? Lol.
Mccourtey? One of the best safeties of this generation.
Patrick Chung? One of the top safeties in the game today.

All 4 of those players are better than M. Jenkins -- the eagles best secondary player.

    ALL FOUR.

    Enough bro.

And I brought up Ajayi fumbling and Foles throwing that flutter ball on that play action because they were both obviously extremely nervous. If you were nervous in the second round of the playoffs, then what, you won't be in the superbowl?

Can you write "Patrick Chung? One of the top safeties in the game today." as one of your leading sentences next time you post this way I save myself some time and I don't have to read all of the rest of what you wrote?

You keep bringing up the freakin Atlanta game for God knows what reason and dismiss the Vikings game. For some reason, you analyzed that the Vikings D was a bunch of overachievers (who somehow managed to be the number 1 ranked defense all year) and yet give all of God's glory to the Pats defense (focusing on the secondary for some reason) that ranked near the bottom. Sometimes it takes a little bit of common sense in these things rather than being a self-proclaimed sharp.

People sleep and sleep and sleep and sleep on the Birds all year long. Then they end up reloading their accounts afterwards.......

I still can't fathom why someone with over 20,000 posts is talking about Ajayi's first play of a game TWO games ago and dismisses everything else after........

"Enough" is the only accurate thing you said. Everything you say up for debate cause it rarely accurate. Stopped taking anything you said serious right after "eagles defense is a joke", your astute NFL iq is impressive. Eagles safeties are very good, eagles corners are adequate, eagles front 7 is elite. I know they not all huge names which is what you have always incorrectly assumed matters, I can assure you it doesn't. This isn't the NBA, if it was all about stars pats wouldn't have been the class of the league for last 2 decades.
