Kucoin has been pretty good for me so far. I am a fan of Telcoin and they are the only exchange that offers it. I only bought a small amount and haven't tried to withdraw yet though so I guess we will see, but the verification was pretty instant.

Honestly, Binance seems like a wolf in the market.

Other exchanges do not add coins until established in some way. Binance adds anything to service the market manipulators and coin scammers.

I know people may like it, but far the "the top" and actually a cancer and the worst in my mind.

I come from a point of view that I just want Bitcoin itself stable and working faster. Or something else to fill that gap fast.

So not the best person to suggest the best exchange for trading. Just don't like the way Binance seems setup to assist scammers without having to scam themselves (but I bet they do as well).

I trust Raiders opinion the most. Would be interested if he agrees about Binance actually.

Oh yeah Raiders certainly top as far as cryptos go on these forums, sadly he frequents RX the most and I was tired of BAS there so I got myself banned on purpose. "Suicide by mod". LOL.

LOL... BAS and I come a long way since 2008.

But the RX has been suffering for years and all of us that tried to help the site made suggestions to staff and were mocked at... BAS used to be a cool mod when he had the energy and the patience.. sadly now old AF and crankier he tends to abuse his position and get personal... I wasn't getting any of that.

So called him fat and asked for a rolex replica and got the boot

This is a great video on Binance. It tells how they select coins listed. They claim to have a review team that is closed off to the outside world. Is it true?

The review team comes up with a score for the coin and passes the information along to the business development department that contacts the crypto company with questions and fees charged.

I'm not afraid to give an opinion on a book or crypto, but I'm hesitant to do so on an exchange.

Binance, Bittrex and Poloniex are the 3 that I use the most.

I share Optional's view on Binance. For some inexplicable reason my gut tells me to be very wary of this exchange. But I do have more money there than I'm comfortable with.

That's because Bittrex is still closed for new signups, and I've tried for over a month to get verified at Poloniex. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they acknowledged receipt but haven't gotten back to me. So I logged on again today and am back at square one in the verification process. I'll try again today.

I'm a newbie to all of this. I'm registered with Coinbase and Blockchain. I live in the USA. Binance = Coinbase? What makes Binance better for me (as opposed to Coinbase)?

I have no intention of "investing" in crypto... although I will likely want to do so at some point. I simply want the most effective and safe way to move currency to and from offshore books.

Binance just a trading exchange that has a lot of the alt coins listed that no one else will.

If not trading/investing alts then probably no use to you.

TY optional... kind of what I thought. I might be interested someday. Who knows.

So I see there is much interest in so many different coins. I do believe that crypto is the future, but I don't understand why I should be so interested in all of the "penny stocks" I figure hold BITCOIN and you cannot do wrong... am I wrong? Yes I get it like some other coins may appreciate at a greater percentage, but to me that is splitting hairs... same as gold vs silver. Tell me if I'm way off base here.

I'm not disagreeing with you guys. I'm forced to make most of my trades with Binance because of the coins that they list, liquidity and fees.

Seems Binance has not gained the trust of even the most seasoned and experienced traders/investors. That shouldnt be overlooked IMO...

Luckily I have Poloniex but as far as I know their offer is limited and their fees higher?

    Ill try Bittrex as well.

A great crypto exchange that's released next month in February called Robinhood. Zero fees on trading and also offers trading stocks.
