Ok, since everyone at SBR seems content with staying at their current weights, both big and small, I値l phrase this a different way.
i値l bet anyone willing to bet that I will lose 15% of my body weight by May 26th.

Losing a % of your body weight really isn't what should be measured. That is very easy to do. What it is about is building muscle. If you just focus on losing a % of your body weight, muscle is the first to go. Increase your gym workout. Do regular sets lifting, then do quick sets as your cardio. I wouldn't even weight yourself regularly. If you increase your muscle mass, naturally your % of body fat will go down. Diet is critical. Try to eat as much protein as you can through meals, and get the rest through shakes. Light carbs pre workout is good for maintaining energy throughout the workout, otherwise avoid them. BOL
