    I remember when Matt Millen was doing commentating... and people thought he had an "AMAZING FOOTBALL MIND"..... then Detroit hired him. I guess people talk a good game???? Or the higher ups aren't even that damn good in deciding anyways??!?!?!

    Gruden's great commentating skills with "football knowledge" got him another gig.

    No, it stupid business practice by firing someone with such a small evaluation sample to determine whether he is capable or not. He had a bunch of 3rd string rejects at QB and the worst O-line in the league, that is why he did not get fire. He's good for one more year though.
