    Going on a Diet, boys.

    Its definitely going to suck. I'll probably have 1 or 2 cheat meals per week, and only drink heavily one night. I've done it before to success, and it's time again. Flat stomach and Biceps are coming back, boys.

    Also, I see Bama winning tonight.

    Cut back to just 2 big meals a day, nothing after 5pm

    Only drink Fri Sat night

    That’s what I was thinking as well... I needed some extra incentive. We can do % weight loss and have weight in updates at the beginning of each month with the final weigh-in sometime in may? We leave for our trip on may 30th, so we would prob have to end it the week before at the latest.

    Most of this is true. You can eat twinkies every day and lose weight. Losing weight is a basic formula. Calories burned greater than those consumed. It's simple. Adding or removing different things from your diet though can help spark your metabolism and help you burn more calories.

    I remember being bloated as all hell Super Bowl Sunday.. woke up the next day and had caught a virus. First time I ever had diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously... looked in the mirror right after and was fuckin shredded. six pack and all.

    Few months ago I lost Over 20 pounds (a lot for my size/frame) In 6 weeks.

    I dieted through week and pigged out on weekends.

    Key is having the convenience of a treadmill in your home.

    I need to lose 20 lbs this year. Too many double IPA’s the last two years.

    Lost 5 easily to start the year, but I’m sure it’s going to start slowing down now.

    Haven’t had a beer since 1/1 and will try to go beer free until the end of the month. Also no pizza or hamburgers. Good luck to all those trying. If losing weight was only as easy as losing bets.

    We actually did a SBR biggest loser one time.

    Even had odds in the SBR Point Book.

    There were about 8-10 entires I believe. Good times. Other than the video weigh ins with my boxers. lol
