Gulfstream Park $571k Pick 6 Winner (Almost that is....)

This guy was counting his $571k when he saw his "single" horse take the lead but then the unthinkable happened in the 10th and final race at Gulfstream Park yesterday...

Yes - Emisael Jaramillo is the jockey. He won the Gulfstream Park West meet recently....

Curious to know where the guy was located who had the "potential" winning ticket. At least he cashed 5 of 6 I assume which is better than nothing...

It only paid to 6 of 6 but no jackpot since there was multiple winning tickets. It's certainly possible he also had the 6 of 6 combo but we don't know for sure. Imagine being a down on your luck sort of guy who's maybe been playing the game for decades waiting for your break and for a brief moment you look like a lock to win over a half million. Then that happens. That's devastating. Hope the guy isn't suicidal.

Stopped betting the rainbow pick 6 a few months ago
Had a couple of bad beats on inquiries that broke my heart.
    Still, worst beat I've seen. $151k to $1935.52 for 5 of 6.

I'm not a big timer, so I can't always spend too much cash on a single race.
But, if some of you guys got an extra $600 to blow on about 6 seperate pick 6 tickets.
Any one of you can hit this for big money.

If you go to Gulfstream's website, you can download
Ron Nicoltti, Jason Blewitt's, Acacia's, Prognostico's(spanish, but you can still get the numbers)
get a Daily Racing Forum's and read the 'expert plays'
use anybody's plays that you find on the internet, including my Brisnet spot plays that I post, almost everyday, now.
Make 6 seperate tickets where in 2 or 3 leges you bet all the horses, the other 4 or 5 legs, you got to use some discipline and put a mix of favorites and some 8-1's
Oh yeah, if an expert has a long shot special and says it their long shot-throw it out-those never hit(plus they get bet down by the locals)
Wake up real early!!!! Why? get those scratches in. Scratches are usually winners.
I read the forum for beyer ratings and past performances to see if their's something everybody is missing. (i.e. good performances in slop; decent times with shitty jockey, but all of a sudden gets a good jockey, etc...)

Takes me 4-5 hours to handicap a pick 6, the night before

It sort of burned me out, really fast, when I did pick 6's, especially when I'd lose all my tickets on some bullshi+ inquiry that made no sense

But, I think I can hit one by the end of this year. IDK, talking out of my ass, maybe.
Been broke lately. Don't have the cash to do anything now. Need some cash first, pay some bills.
Then, I'll probably go after it.

The mains reason I don't post my plays on here is that it takes at least a half hour for my slow typing fingers to post all my tickets
I don't like taking photos of my tickets, because it has my players account #'s on them.

Other places have pick 6's too. Laurel Park also has a twenty cent pick 6
the reason why I don't do laurel Park, is that I don't get enough information provided for me, like Gulfstream
Also, Laurel Park has too many horses, I can't afford them all-if you want to win big money, you have to pay extra for those horses you know very little about

I don't play Churchill, or Aqueduct, or Saratoga because those are $1 pick 6's
I think you need ten grand or more to play those, I'm too poor to play those-I'm trying to win ten grand, not spend ten grand

I think most of the guys who skim over this, already know what this all means. I's just another system. Its one that I've won and lost with

I just need to vent as I haven't had a good month in sports,, fantasy football, and horses

    Cuirious, I did the numbers:
If you bet All with all with all with all with all with all on all 6 legs, ticket would have cost $168, 960
Which means you would have lost 17 grand if you hit it for all 6

Yesterday, 6 of 6 hit for 31 grand, but still a carryover of $500k+ for today

Of course, in the last leg, first time horse wins beats the track's two best jockeys come in second and third
I know for a fact, that if I bet that I would have lost all my tickets on the last leg.

I do wonder, alot, how much do these guys spend on their tickets to win these.
No way these guys are just getting lucky on a ticket that costs less than twenty bucks.
One of those things I would love to know, that I'll never know.

For example, the guy that missed the $151 ticket the other day, they didn't report how much he spent on his ticket.
That's the kind of stuff that I would like to know.
I want to see what the ticket(s) looked like so I t might make me a better horse gambler

The horse does not swerve that bad, any half decent jockey stays on his and keeps his balance.

    Oh yes. It is.
I blame myself for not hitting these large 20 cent pick 6's
I really do believe I can, if I focus. I know it sounds like I'm talking out of my ass, but I think I can hit one, if I really focus.
I just think I'm my own worst enemy when I be the horses.

Gulfstream is a good track. I recommend it

    Did look strange.
Jaramillo is an experienced, but not a top jockey.
    He just slipped, or something.

At least the guy knew he lost his ticket right away.

One of the worst feelings I've had is when the horses all come in and they post the order and I've got all my horses keyed in all the right places and an inquiry shows up and phucks me. That's when you'll hear me whining out loud at the Stations Casinos, out here.

they are only .20 bets so you can go pretty deep plus you have to be the only winner so going to need some bombs along the way like 30-1 shots best to play it on closing weekend usually gets well over a million or 2

I hit the pick 5 at Sanita Anita last night for 4100 for .50 cents. It's always a great bet.

Nice man. P5 is my favorite wager. Unfortunately I've been on a horrible losing streak.
